i’m 5′7″ and weight 160 right now, down from 172 in 7 weeks. I guess I get discouraged with the rate I’m losing weight. My goal weight is 145. I wonder if I’m being to unrealistic about it?

Does anyone have any advice?

In case you didn’t know, the color of feces can tell a lot about the health of the body and the foods that are being consumed. Is it human nature to look or do most people just flush it down? If you’re one that doesn’t notice the color of your poo, you may want to start.

100 Year Old Scotch Found in Antarctic

The Dead Sea Scrolls, Crystal Skulls, Ark of the Covenant – but old booze? Who’d have thought it!

This week, museum officials in New Zealand have begun slowly thawing a crate of Scotch whiskey, which has been frozen in Antarctic for more than 100 years.
