Mandatory Daily Activity in Schools: Good Idea or Not?

The state of Ohio may be legislating 30 minutes of vigorous daily activity in schools.

Senate bill 210, which is awaiting final approval from the Ohio house, could be implemented by the 2011-12 school year.

How Can I Stop Night-time Snacking? [Forum]

So, i eat really healthy for all of my meals. I go to the gym 6 days a week which includes cardio and weight training each time.

Normally for breakfast i have kashi go lean cereal, fiber one cereal, or oatmeal. Then lunch: a small salad with a protein or an omlette with veggies, and then dinner a protein with veggies and maybe a carb. During the day before these meals i’ll have small snacks , such as fruits, nuts, or 2 pieces of deli meat.
