Hi,
My name is Maria. Im 5′3 and weigh 215 lbs. my goal is to lose 50 lbs by my birhday! 50lbs. is my minimum.

I used to weigh 160 and only had to lose 25-30lbs to be at my healthy weight. I didn’t realize when i started gaining weight but i heard all the comments mostly from my mom, never my husband, who was so sweet in my opinion, but now i wish he kinda would have said something, i might have taken it more seriously.

[Forum] I Want to Lose 30lbs by Spring

i weigh 180 and im 5′7 i walk everyday for 2 miles in one hour, i just started so i know that’s kinda slow (but i am walking at a fast pace).

What will it take for me to be able to shed those lbs by spring? I’m also working out to a jillian michaels dvd (kinda i have been doing that since last friday, but didn’t do it on the weekend,), and if i don’t walk outside or i have some extra spare time i get on the tredmill for 2 miles.
