Hi everyone,
I’m having an operation done on my gums in a few weeks and I have been told that I will need to follow a liquid/soft diet for several days while my mouth heals up.

I have been looking around the web a little and have been learning more about how great protein is for the body. Taking up to 4 purely protein shakes a day with skim milk. I still enjoy my coffee and don’t really feel hungry very often. Once in awhile I will snack on some beef jurkey, but am trying to avoid carbs and fats altogether. Things seem to be going well.
