I guess it was only a matter of time before one of the most popular diet companies on the planet went after the other gender.

Jen4Men™ has launched in Australia and New Zealand targeting men who find themselves fighting in the “battle of the bulge”. Jenny Craig™ has a section for men on their USA based website, but for obvious reasons not many men would proudly proclaim they were on Jenny Craig to loose weight.

[Forum] Are You Carb Sensitive?

I’m very carb sensitive. In my case the symptoms presented as cravings, severe hypoglycemic symptoms, uncomfortable bloating, and steady weight gain over the years.

This means I must take care to eat lower glycemic load meals and snacks, and always eat some protein and monounsaturated fat along with carb foods, so that I maintain a steady blood sugar level without big spikes and drops.

When I joined my first job in 2006 as a management professional, I was quite fit and my weight was just perfect, but soon as I continued working and months passed my body started losing shape and I gained weight quickly. I am 5′7″ tall and my weight became 82 kgs from 68 kgs within 8 months, and I realized the threat when I started feeling back pain and joint pains at this early age of 26.
