I’ll soon be 39, and I was thin untill my second to last child, born 11 years ago. Since that I was a more medium size. But, after having my last child, almost 4 years ago, I’ve been close to 200 pounds.

I’ve never been this size before, and it feels like I can’t get below 188. I’ve finally gotten up off my butt and started biking everyday. I love it, but I’ve been doing this for 6 weeks now and can’t see any results. I’m getting stronger and more powerful–like when going up inclines–but I’ve lost no weight.
