This question was submitted through email from a young lady named Cassandra. What advice can you give her?

I weigh 130 pounds right now at 5′4″, and have been on a calorie count diet for the past three years. When I first went on the diet, I didn’t even excercise and I lost 20 pounds eating 1500 calories a day. I got down to 110 pounds.

Monday, September 28th, 2009

After years of “dieting” I have realized the best way to keep the weight off is not to restict yourself, but rather modify your foods into healthier options.

To do this I am now changing my favourite meals into healthier options. This weekend, I drank white wine with Perrier to limit the calories, and I choose a 1/4 mango sorbet and fruit, over ice cream and brownies.

[Forum] The Power of Belief in Yourself

Saturday, September 19th, 2009

This morning I beat the alarm clock up. Something that isn’t a typical task when my alarm goes off at 4:30 am every weekday morning. 3:58 came and went and I was ready to go. So meditate, set my intention for the day, walk through important tasks to be done in my mental to-do list, then up and at them.

[Forum] The Night Before My "Tabula Rasa"

Friday, September 18th, 2009

Hey, for those of you that don’t know “tabula rasa” means clean slate.. and once I reach my target of 8 stone 3 Ibs, I will get this tattooed on my body for all the hotties to see :D

I’m 19 years old, and about to start uni in 3 days. Just over 2 weeks ago I almost reached my target, and got down to 9 stone, but piled it all back on a drunken holiday filled with dominos, kfc, mc d’s, you name it, i ate it! :( So now the pressure is on to drop down to my normal size. For years I was 8 stone 7 lbs, and never budged. But, I slowly have developed a few eating disorders, which means I have focused on my weight pretty much everyday since last June, and this has lead to my gaining, instead of losing weight.
