I’m 54 years old, and weigh 225Ibs (5′6″). I have been eating pretty healthy for many years now, and try to stick with mainly raw fruits and veggies, lean proteins, wholegrains, nuts, seeds, and healthy oils (coconut oil). I rarely eat meat, white flour or sugar, and use Stevia in my one cup of coffee per day. I also drink iced water and iced tea.

New Pregnancy Guidelines: Obese Women Should Gain Less Weight

I am a 54 year old female who has suffered from the progressive genetic disease cystic fibrosis throughout my life. The Medical Community have no answers, and it had progressed to the point I was coughing up cups of congestion constantly. I was essentially bedridden and exhausted all day long.
