Today is my third day on the Grapefruit Diet and I’ve lost one pound so far! Hopefully I will be able to lose at least 10 pounds in 12 days.

I’m being very strict on this diet, and pray that things will turn out good for me. I will weigh myself again on June 20th, 12 days from my starting date.

Poll: Who Shrunk My Chocolate Bar?

Chocolate eaters down under have noticed something strange is happening with their chocolate bars – they’ve shrunk. Mars Bars have downsized by 11% and Cadbury chocolate bars have gone from 250g to 200g (20% drop).

The one thing that hasn’t dropped is price.

Get Your Vitamin D And Keep Your Mind Agile

A study of 3,000 European men has indicated that vitamin D helps to keep us mentally agile in later life.

The research was carried out by David Lee and colleagues at the University of Manchester in the UK, and published in the Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry.

I just watched Gary Taubes’ Good Calories, Bad Calories lecture in Berkeley, and he seems so convinced and convincing about what he believes.

So, is there a flaw in his argument? And if “yes” what is it?

I’ve been on Weight Watchers in the past, and I know it works. But they preach the complete opposite of what Taubes quotes as scientifically proven.
